Good Morning. . . .
Well it's going to be another scorcher today. Yesterday hit 113 degrees. Hottest day on record for Los Angeles. Mr. Weatherman what's going on! Any Hoo, way too hot to for walking. Today's forecast - 102-105. Boy, what a relief!!! Woo Hoo!!
Back to my Santa cards. I found the original idea on www.StampingwithStephanie.com. She got it from another friend. Now I'm recycling it again with my version.
I used both Sizzix Scallop Circle dies - Scallop Circle #113468 - Scallop Circle #2 #113469. I used all three sizes of circles. This test tube was made from a Two Liter Soda Bottle. WOW!! I made the 2" square test tube box with an insert. Very easy to design and make. The center hole in the insert piece was punched with a 1-1/4" circle punch #119861. The little white dots scattered over the box was made with my 1/2" circle punch #119869. Ignore the notes on the medium Santa. I didn't get around to making another for my photo display. Cardstock used: Real Red, Whisper White, Basic Black, and (retired) Blush. Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder #117335, Crimper, Corner Rounder punch, White gel pen, sponge dauber and Stampin Up! Chalk Pastels #120962 made all the Santa accents.
